What Is Carpet Area?
You will often see the words "carpet area" in floor plans. Carpet area is the actual floor space inside your home where you can walk and keep furniture. It does not include the walls, balcony or common areas like the lift lobby and stairs. So when a home says 809 sq.ft. carpet area, it means you get that much usable space inside.
The 2 BHK Layout (809 sq.ft.)
This is the smaller and more affordable home in the project. It has two bedrooms, one hall (living and dining room), a kitchen and bathrooms.
